INDONESIA SABAH SARAWAK
FOREIGN WORKERS (TKISS)
Being Light and Salt of The World
OUR BEGINNING
TKISS, or Indonesian, Sabah and Sarawak Foreign Workers Community was started by a few foreign workers from Indonesia in 1994 who desired to worship and serve God as one community in Singapore. Throughout the years, this community has grown and expanded that in 2005, Ps. Djohan Handojo decided to make this as an official ministry under the umbrella of Bethany Church Singapore. Although many of the members went back to their hometown because their work permits expired, they continue to serve the Lord in their local communities. Today, TKISS consists of 250 members and this number keeps growing with many newcomers who come every month.
